Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 business days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. To start a return, log in to your account and submit a return request. Once we receive your return and it passed inspection, refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. 

If you wish to exchange the item, please note that you wish to exchange and for which item and size in the return request items. Once we received the return and it passed inspection, we will ship the exchange to you. If you have any questions, contact us at info@hammerdowncombat.com.

Note, only ONE return will be accepted per order. Please be sure to include all products you wish to return in ONE return request. Any more requests after the first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Apparel that has been worn. Apparel taken-out of its original packaging. Stickers which have been used, Stickers with backing peeled off. Clearance/final sale items are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or Missing Payments

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
